Our team for the Montrose Livable Centers Study, led by Asakura Robinson for the Montrose TIRZ 27, is creating a plan for the evolving future of Montrose – grounded in the district’s identity and history. The Alex Hill Memorial Pride Crosswalk is a 2018 placemaking project in Montrose that was created by The Friends and Family of Alex Hill, UP Art Studio, other partners, and a generous donation from Pride Houston.
