UP Art Studio was honored to receive a BANF Grant Award from the BIPOC Arts Network and Fund along with 119 other Houston area arts organizations and artist collectives in communities of color, receiving a combined $2 million in grants. The eligibility requirements included things like being BIPOC-founded and led, 501c3 status or fiscal sponsorship and demonstrating a history of work in BIPOC communities. We’re proud to spotlight Houston’s communities of color through the arts!
