It’s always a joy to instill Civic Pride through Civic Art in the communities we serve! UP Art Studio wrapped up a public art plan earlier this year for Houston’s Energy Corridor District and is now in the process of project implementation.
The Laredo City Council also recently adopted the Laredo Public Art Master Plan produced by UP Art Studio. The Laredo Public Art Master Plan (LAMP) was adopted by unanimous vote, signaling the overwhelming support of local officials, and the community. We are so excited to see the arts grow in Laredo and appreciate the help of partners including the City of Laredo, the Laredo Public Library System, Visit Laredo, Katherine Gregor, the Laredo Cultural District, Laredo Center for the Arts, Cultivarte Laredo, Council Member Alyssa Cigarro, Laredo ISD, and many more.
