UP Art Studio partnered with the North Houston District where we installed nine trail art segments along the Greens Bayou Trail at Greens Road and Imperial Valley Drive. The bright and colorful nature scenes, showcasing turtles and aquatic bayou wildlife, contributes to the District’s Public Art Plan, adopted in 2021, aimed at investing in community resources that add to the region’s appeal and attractiveness. Robin Munro, Lead Artist, started the project in mid-January, and with navigating Houston’s unpredictable weather, wrapped up in late February. We’re proud to contribute to the beautification of this public space for all to enjoy!
