TIRZ 25 recently installed lighting on the painted columns at S. Main @ Fondren, a continuation of the new public art program UP Art Studio produced for the 5 Corners community. The project was established under a tri-party agreement, in collaboration between TIRZ 25, who funded the project, TIRZ 9, and the Five Corners Management District. As part of a larger beautification project, UP Art Studio consulted with engineering firm Huitt Zollars and planning firm Asakura Robinson, on the painting and lighting of the underpass and columns.
